September 4-6, 2026
Adult Program
$165.00+HST

Are you looking for a way to slow down and develop or deepen a connection to the natural world? Are you longing for a way to ignite your creativity and your curiosity? Do you desire a powerful mindfulness practice that allows you to learn about nature and find a sense of belonging in the world? The practice of Nature Journaling helps you do all of these things. Lean into your strengths – whether they be using words, or sketching, or crunching numbers – to create a record of your experiences out in mother nature. Don’t worry if you don’t know what your strengths are: you don’t need any experience or expertise in art, math or science; all you need is a willingness to be open to the process, a pen or pencil, and some paper. As you learn to Nature Journal, your skills at paying attention, observing the world around you, your curiosity, and your ability to capture those in a Nature Journal will grow. You will find deep contentment and healing in the process, and you will make a whole lot of new nature friends besides! So join Kim McCormack, who’s been engaged in her own Nature Journaling journey for more than 4 years, for a fantastic exploration of the wonders of nature around Unicamp!
